What these terms cover
These terms cover the Houston SEO Works website and the free visibility check. We provide both as general information, as is. Paid work has a separate written agreement directly with the SEO specialist who performs it, under that specialist's terms.
Using the site and free check
We provide the free check as information about search visibility. We do not guarantee rankings or results from the site, the check or SEO work. Reading the website or receiving the check is separate from agreeing to paid work in writing with the specialist who will perform it.
How paid work is agreed
Paid work is arranged directly with one of our SEO specialists under a written agreement. That specialist is an independent SEO professional in our network who would perform the work. The agreement is with that professional and follows their terms.
Read the specialist's written agreement to understand the terms for the work it covers. These website terms describe the site and free check, while that agreement governs the paid work. The specialist who performs the work is the person with whom you agree to it.
AI answers are not a basis for reliance
Do not rely on AI answers when using the website or free visibility check. We provide the site and check as general information, including when they address AI answers. An AI answer does not establish the terms of a paid project with a specialist.
Calls, chats and information you send
Our automated assistant answers calls and chats, which are recorded and transcribed. We collect the details you submit through the form and use your information to reply, prepare the free visibility check and allow the specialist to contact you about it. We also collect basic analytics through privacy-friendly analytics and Google Analytics, which uses cookies.
We share information only with that specialist and the service providers that run the site, and we never sell personal information. You can request deletion by phone or through our form for contacting us. The site is not meant for children under 13.
Links to other websites
Links to other sites are not endorsements by Houston SEO Works. A link does not mean we endorse the outside site or the information it provides. The presence of a link leaves the general-information status of our website and free check unchanged.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms of use. We publish the terms on this page, with the update date shown at the beginning.
